Design Build Electrical Services
Feyen Zylstra was the electrical service provider for the renovation of the existing lobby, common areas, and a suite build-out for office spaces on the 10th floor at 40 Pearl. The project called for new electrical wiring and LED lighting for enhanced energy efficiency and a brighter work environment for the building's owners and tenants.
Major challenges in this multi-tenant project included adapting the building, originally built in 1891, to accommodate for contemporary electrical equipment and systems. This project required substantial custom design and circuitry layouts.
