Just outside of Grand Rapids, MI, the Amway Nutrilite facility produces hard and soft tablet nutrition supplements and ships them to markets around the world. Amway relied on Feyen Zylstra to help add value and streamline the production process.

Working directly with the client’s design team, FZ took the project from a conceptual design to a 100% electrical Design Build manufacturing facility. Using Design Build cost savings, our team added value throughout every project phase.

In total, FZ provided the processing controls, cabling infrastructure, and main electrical for the new GMP facility. Our team installed the controls for the line and designed the controls processes to get the line fully operational. Part of the work also included taking four unique systems and integrating them together into one cohesive line. An important component of FZ’s work was the ability to integrate prefabricated electrical assemblies, material management, and logistics into the construction process.
