The Colliers International Headquarters project was a tenant fit-out located on the 12th floor of Bridgewater Place. This space features high-end lighting, a unique design, and an emergency generator. With the generator located in the lower parking level, the power feeders were routed up through 12 occupied floors with no interruption to existing tenants.
