Feyen Zylstra is to thank for Nashville’s ever-changing skyline becoming more and more impressive. Our team is providing the complete electrical scope on the 866,000 square foot, twin tower, dual brand hotel situated in downtown Nashville, TN. The two towers will share a common podium up to the 4th floor, with an Embassy Suites Hotel on one side and a 1 Hotel on the other. The Embassy Suites tower will be 30 stories with over 500 guest rooms while the 18-story 1 Hotel includes over 200 guest rooms.

What started out as a tricky situation — the hotel brand changing after site work had started — now has the foundation for being one of Nashville’s most beautiful buildings. With the brand change happening during the project, all of the floor plans and finishes changed while the expedited schedule remained the same.
