The Mission Point Resort is a beautiful, 400,000 square foot facility that serves the Mackinaw Island community as a seasonal hotel and conference center. With an extremely tight schedule, our team rose to the challenge and provided consistent and reliable solutions to all of Mission Point Resort’s electrical issues.

We have provided ongoing electrical support for the facility for years. Most recently, FZ provided the conference room lighting retrofit, the corridor lighting replacement, and the electrical in the remodeled spa. In addition, our team installed the power for A/C units throughout the facility. Our team also installed background audio systems in the Lobby, Chianti Restaurant, Reserve Restaurant, Round Island Bar and Grille, and the Cypress Room.

With the facility being open seasonally, our team faced very stringent start and end dates for the project. Transportation on the island itself also posed unique challenges, resulting in our crew taking snowmobiles, ferries, and even planes to reach the island during the winter months.
