Spectrum Health’s new Outpatient Clinic hopes to make a trip to the doctor’s office more convenient by offering multiple services in one easily-accessible location. This three-story, 120,000 square foot facility combines many of Spectrum Health’s outpatient offices, including neurology, obstetrics, radiology, family medicine, rehab, and urgent care.

Feyen Zylstra installed the underfloor air distribution control system for this facility. Based off of our past experience, our team came highly recommended by the system’s vendor, Aerotek, for the job.

Our team faced the challenge of installing a labor-intensive system in an already congested work area. Heavy project coordination was needed in order to maneuver around other contractors, while protecting the work that we had already completed. Part of our work also included minimizing the air leaks that are a typical issue from a pressurized system.
