The new Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic in Wyoming, MI, provides dental, diagnostics, mental health, radiology, prosthetics, and general health treatment for area veterans. This 97,370 square foot facility features over 400 exam rooms, office spaces, and waiting rooms and saves veterans the long trip to Battle Creek for medical services.

Feyen Zylstra was honored to provide all of the electrical construction and design services for the clinic including all lighting, high voltage, cabling, and site work. Our scope of work also included installing multiple facility systems ranging from fire alarm and security, to lock down and camera systems. In addition, our team installed all of the medical equipment for multiple vendors including the MRI, X-Ray, and CT machines.

In addition to the cost savings of Design Build, our team added value throughout the project. While government projects are never simple, but our team was delighted to help build a facility that will serve nearly 18,000 veterans who have dedicated so much in service to our country.
