David Schoonbeck
Director, Sales & Operations - Michigan
As the Director of Sales and Operations, David is responsible for leading FZ's growth and development in the Michigan market. Overseeing FZ's Grand Rapids, Traverse City, and Kalamazoo teams, David is instrumental in ensuring that the FZ Way Processes and Field First Culture are upheld across FZ. David's 25 years of experience working in Michigan-based construction coupled with his previous executive roles, provides a unique blend of leadership, project management, and employee focus approach to help achieve FZ's short and long-term goals. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. In his free time, David coaches travel baseball, enjoys golfing, and traveling with family.
