Grand Rapids-based electrical solutions company, Feyen Zylstra, has hired Johnathan Bratcher as the new Director of Sales and Operations for their Middle Tennessee operations.
FZ has had a growing presence in Middle Tennessee since 2011, since that time the local team has grown to serve a diverse array of industrial and commercial customers throughout Middle Tennessee. Having personally led many complex electrical construction projects, Johnathan's experience will help him lead FZ's growth and development in the local market.
“Upon getting to know the FZ team, I found their mission and core values align perfectly with my personal goals and values. Additionally, the foundation and vision that exists in Nashville, makes this a team I am honored to join,” says Johnathan Bratcher, Director of Sales and Operations.
As the Director of Sales and Operations, Johnathan is responsible for developing and implementing short and long-term strategies that maximize people, processes, and profitability. In addition to spearheading Nashville's business development efforts, Johnathan will foster a culture that reflects FZ's Core Values and commitment to growth. Johnathan's background in electrical construction paired with his service in the United States Marine Corps will enhance the team's leadership, financial management, and operational planning capabilities.
"Johnathan's background in the Nashville market and natural leadership skills make him an ideal addition to the FZ team. I believe that Johnathan will help strengthen our presence in Middle Tennessee while building on our decades-long reputation," says Nate Koetje, Chief Executive Officer.
