National Night Out happens on the second Tuesday of August every year
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer and better places to live.
Feyen Zylstra teams up with the Walker City Police Department to host National Night Out in the City of Walker, Michigan.
Hundreds from our community have attended in past years. The free event includes prize giveaways, bounce houses, games, crafts, music, hot dogs, and even snow cones. Last year we were joined by our local police officers, fire department, and local community partners.
The event is always one for the books, and is sure to be the same for 2023!
