As a Senior Field Operations Manager, Neal approaches every project like a well-oiled machine, planning, prepping, and executing to the high standard that he has helped set. Passionate about the next generation of electricians, Neal is quick to recognize the talents in young FZers and help them develop the skills and experience they need to succeed. Formally, Neal has served as a First Year Apprentice Instructor in FZ's internal Apprentice Program and has mentored over a hundred apprentices. In his free time, Neal enjoys spending time with family, watching wildlife, golfing, gardening, and organizing an annual father-son retreat.
Neal was named 2019 Craft Professional of the Year by Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Western Michigan chapter.
