Shane Sievers Promoted to Director of IT

Feyen Zylstra is thrilled to announce that Shane Sievers has been promoted to Director of IT.

Shane joined Team FZ in 2018 as the Manager of Software Development for the Industrial Technology team where he led the development of a data acquisition and reporting platform. After a short stint with Crowe LLP as a technology consultant and project manager, Shane returned to FZ as the Director of Business Applications. For the last two years, Shane has overseen FZ’s security, data, and reporting business applications. Passionate about people as well as IT, Shane is an active member of CIO Masterminds, Toastmasters, and local standup comedy clubs.

“Shane is a problem solver, IT expert, and strong communicator. The way he leads his team and serves FZ as a whole is a testament to his dedication to living out FZ’s core values. In his new role as the Director of IT, Shane will be responsible for developing and executing an IT strategy that supports FZ’s short and long term business plans while focusing on the FZ Way Processes and Field First Culture. Shane will interact and collaborate with other business leaders and FZers to understand and communicate the value of IT investments in achieving business outcomes in both FZ’s field and office.
