Steve Johandes is a successful entrepreneur turned executive coach, Vistage Chair, board member, mentor, and investor. Steve was a partner in The Empire Company, Inc and Instrumental in its growth from $40M to $400M as well as major acquistion and technology initiatives that set the stage for the formation of Novo Building Products. He drove value creation in the areas of operations, innovation, and arbitrage. He then went on to found 100X, an advisory company that's centered on serving leaders and family offices in the areas of Life, Leadership, and Legacy. As a CPA who went to film school to study communications, Steve is passionate about the power of storytelling and team alignment around a common goal of one language, one mind, and one plan. Steve is a cancer survivor enrolled in MD Anderson's moonshot program on Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
Steve joined Feyen Zylstra's Board of Directors in 2017.
